Refund and Return Policy
We value your commitment and are confident in the results our coaching provides. However, we understand circumstances may change, so we’ve outlined a clear and fair policy for refunds and returns.
Coaching Program Refund Policy
We offer a full refund under the following conditions:

Within 3 Business Days of Purchase:
You may request a full refund within three (3) business days of your original purchase date. This request must be submitted in writing via email to: napfitnesscoaching@gmail.com -
Failure to Render Services:
If the coach fails to begin or deliver the services as outlined in your signed coaching agreement, and no sessions or deliverables have been completed, you may request a refund. This must also be submitted in writing.
Refunds will not be granted if coaching sessions have already started or if substantial program materials have been delivered, except in cases where services were not rendered as promised.
Physical Product Returns (Welcome Kit)
Your coaching package includes a physical welcome kit (journal, resistance band, bottle, etc.). If your refund request is approved:

Any physical items must be returned in unused, like-new condition within 10 business days of refund approval.

The client is responsible for return shipping costs.

If the items are not returned or are returned damaged, the refund amount may be reduced by the retail cost of those items.
Non-Refundable Conditions
Refunds will not be issued under the following circumstances:

More than 3 business days have passed since purchase and services have begun.

Coaching sessions have already been conducted.
-
You fail to participate, attend scheduled sessions, or complete the program for personal reasons.

The welcome kit was used or returned in a non-resalable condition.
Submitting a Refund Request

Include your full name, order number, purchase date, and reason for the request.
Affirm Payment Plan Refunds
If you purchased using Affirm or another payment plan provider:

Approved refunds will be processed through the original payment platform.

Please allow 5–10 business days for the transaction to reflect on your statement.

You are still responsible for payments unless/until a refund is confirmed.
